Who we are
noelexpresss is an online store that sells outdoor footwear for women, plus a smaller unisex range. Our catalog is built around one idea: shoes that handle water, mud and uneven ground, and that you can still wear on the walk home. Water shoes and aqua socks, rubber rain boots in ankle, mid-calf and tall heights, hiking and walking sandals, barefoot and zero-drop sneakers, and cold-weather ankle boots.
The store is operated by XENO PRINTS LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States. We sell only to customers in the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.
Where your order ships from
We want to be plain about this, because it changes how long you wait. Your order ships from our partner warehouse overseas in China. We do not hold stock in the United States and we do not operate a store, showroom or warehouse that you can visit. When you place an order, our team passes it to that warehouse, the warehouse picks and packs it, and the parcel travels to the United States before a domestic carrier delivers it to your door.
That is why our published delivery estimate is 11 to 17 business days in total: 3 to 5 business days to process and pack, then 8 to 12 business days in transit. We publish that range rather than a shorter one we could not hold.
Import duties on your order are paid by us before the parcel reaches you. They are already included in the price you see. You will not be asked for a customs payment when the parcel is delivered.
Returns are handled in the United States
Returns do not go back to China. We run returns through a facility in Austin, Texas. You email us first, we send you a prepaid return label at no cost to you, and you drop the parcel off. You never pay to send an item back, and there is no restocking fee. The full process is set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.

The Albuquerque address above is our registered office only. It is the address on file for the company. It is not a shop, a showroom or a warehouse, nobody receives parcels there, and returns sent to it will not reach us.
What we will not tell you
We do not publish customer counts, review scores, awards or certifications that we cannot show you evidence for. We are a new store. When we have that evidence, it will appear here. Until then, what you see on this page is everything we can support.
