How an order reaches you
We would rather set the expectation correctly than promise a delivery date we cannot hold.
You order
Orders placed before 6:00 PM MT on a business day start processing that business day; anything later starts the next one. Sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout before you pay.
We pack and ship
Picking and packing take 3–5 business days at our partner warehouse overseas in China. You get a tracking number by email when the parcel is dispatched.
It arrives
Transit takes another 8–12 business days, with final delivery by a domestic carrier. If a carrier ever asks you for an import fee, email us before paying.

What we do not claim
noelexpresss is a new store. We publish no customer counts, no review scores, no awards and no certifications, because we have no evidence to show you for any of them yet. We have no physical store, showroom or warehouse you can visit. The address on our Contact page is the company's registered office and nothing is received there. When we can prove something, we will say it — and not before.
How to reach us
Email support@noelexpresss.com and you will have a reply within 24 hours. Our support team works mainly by email, and not always during United States business hours — if we cannot pick up, leave a message and we will reply by email.
