Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

What this page is for

noelexpresss does not sell your personal information for money. We do, however, use Google advertising cookies to measure our advertising and build audiences. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and under similar laws in other states, that counts as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

The information involved is your identifiers, internet activity and inferences drawn from them, shared with Google. This page tells you how to stop it.

How to opt out

Any one of these three is enough. You do not have to do all of them.

1. Use the cookie banner

Open the cookie settings on this site and reject advertising cookies. This applies to the browser you are using, on the device you are using.

2. Turn on Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal automatically. If your browser or a browser extension sends GPC, we treat it as an opt-out request for that browser and device the moment you arrive, with no further action from you. Several browsers support GPC natively; others need an extension.

3. Email us

Send a message to support@noelexpresss.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share". Tell us the email address you use with us, and an order number if you have one. This applies your opt-out to your account rather than just to one browser.

How we handle your request

We confirm receipt and act on the request within 15 business days, the deadline the CCPA sets for opt-out requests. Requests to know, delete or correct your information follow the longer timeline set out in our Privacy Policy.
We will never ask you to send a copy of a driver's licence, passport or any other government identity document. We verify by matching the email address and order details you give us against our records.
You do not need an account to opt out.
An authorized agent may submit a request for you with written permission signed by you.

Non-discrimination

Opting out changes nothing about how we treat you. We will not deny you products or services, charge you a different price, give you a lower quality of service, or offer you worse terms because you exercised this right.

What opting out does not do

It does not stop us using the information we need to take your order, take payment, ship your parcel and handle returns. It does not delete data we already hold — for that, use the deletion right described in our Privacy Policy. It does not unsubscribe you from marketing emails; use the unsubscribe link in any email for that.

Right to appeal

If we refuse your request, reply to our decision with the subject "Privacy Appeal". We will review it and respond within 45 days with our decision and our reasons. If we refuse again, you may contact your state Attorney General.
