Product images and colors

Product photographs are supplied to us by the manufacturer of each item. Screens vary, so a color on your monitor or phone may not match the pair you receive exactly. There is also normal variation between a photographed sample and a production run. A color difference of this kind is not a fault, but if a pair is not what you expected, our 30-day return process covers it and the return costs you nothing.

Sizing and measurements

Sizes are stated in United States sizing. Unisex styles show both the women's and the men's equivalent, for example "8 Women/6 Men". Measurements are approximate and vary by up to about half a size between styles, which is normal for footwear. If you are between sizes or need a wide fit, email us before ordering.

Safe use

Our products are outdoor footwear for adults. Please use them for what they are made for:

Water shoes and aqua socks protect the sole against rock, shell and hot sand. They are not safety footwear and do not protect against sharp objects, falling weights or chemicals.
Non-slip and anti-slip outsoles improve grip on wet surfaces. They do not make any surface safe. Ice, algae, polished stone and oil remain slippery.
Waterproof rain boots keep out rain and puddle water at normal depths. They are not designed for submersion, and water entering over the top of the shaft is not a fault.
Barefoot and zero-drop footwear has little or no cushioning and a flat sole. Moving to it from cushioned shoes should be done gradually. If you have a foot or lower-limb condition, or you are recovering from an injury, speak to a qualified professional before changing footwear.
Arch support and orthopedic descriptions describe the shape of the footbed. They are not a medical claim. Our products are not medical devices, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Cold-weather boots are lined for warmth in normal winter conditions. No temperature rating is published for them, and none should be inferred.

Care

Follow the care instructions on each product page. Machine washing, tumble drying, radiators and direct heat damage adhesives and synthetic uppers, and damage caused this way is not a manufacturing fault.

Materials

Several of our styles use PVC, rubber, synthetic uppers and plated hardware. If you have a known sensitivity to a particular material, email us before ordering and we will tell you what the manufacturer has stated about the style you are looking at. We report what the manufacturer tells us; we do not test materials ourselves.

No third-party testing claims

We do not claim any certification, laboratory test result or regulatory approval for our products. Where a standard is referred to anywhere on this site, it is referred to as the standard that applies to the product category — not as a claim that a specific test has been passed. If we obtain test documentation in future, we will say so here and we will be able to show it.

Reviews and testimonials

Any review published on this site is written by the customer. We do not pay for reviews, offer anything in exchange for them, or remove negative ones. Individual experience varies and one customer's experience does not predict yours.

We work to keep prices, descriptions, stock and delivery estimates accurate, but errors happen. Nothing on this site is a warranty that information is complete, current or error-free. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, noelexpresss and XENO PRINTS LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this site. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
