Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

What this page is for

noelexpresss does not sell your personal information, and we do not currently "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and similar state laws define that term. We do not run Google Analytics, Google Ads tags or other third-party advertising cookies on this site.

If that changes, we will update this page and our Privacy Policy before we start, and the opt-out options below will apply.

How to opt out

You can register an opt-out now, so it is already in place if we ever begin sharing. Either of these is enough.

1. Turn on Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or a browser extension sends GPC, we treat it as an opt-out request for that browser and device, with no further action from you.

2. Email us

Send a message to support@noelexpresss.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share". Tell us the email address you use with us, and an order number if you have one. This applies your opt-out to your account rather than to one browser.

How we handle your request

  • We confirm receipt and act on the request within 15 business days.
  • We will never ask you for a copy of a driver's licence, passport or other government identity document. We verify by matching the email address and order details you give us against our records.
  • You do not need an account to opt out.
  • An authorized agent may submit a request for you with written permission signed by you.

Non-discrimination

Opting out changes nothing about how we treat you. We will not deny you products or services, charge you a different price, give you a lower quality of service, or offer you worse terms because you exercised this right.

Right to appeal

If we refuse your request, reply to our decision with the subject "Privacy Appeal". We will review it and respond within 45 days with our decision and our reasons. If we refuse again, you may contact your state Attorney General.
